Rental + Facility Usage

Permission for use of the RAC facilities is governed by policies established by The Rye Arts Center Board of Directors. The Executive Director, in accordance with these policies sets the pricing after thorough consideration of all arrangements. Availability is contingent on RAC programming and is at the discretion of the Executive Director. Rentals are accepted year-round. Contact ED for general pricing, guidelines and insurance information.

Building
Supervision

A custodian, administrator or RAC Board member must be on duty when facilities are being used.

Insurance
Coverage

Insurance coverage might be required depending on the organization and kind of activity: Liability if needed: $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate.

Liquor Licenses

If liquor will be served, a licenses is required and is the sole responsibility of the renter.
